Repair or replace?
Repair when the damage is localized and the rest of the roof has life left. Replace when the roof is near the end of its life (15 to 25 years for asphalt), when shingles are curling or losing granules across the roof, or when leaks keep appearing in new places. Repairing a worn-out roof is paying twice.
After hail or wind, the answer may be neither — it may be an insurance claim. Get a documented inspection before paying for repairs out of pocket.
Leaks are rarely where the drip is
Water travels along decking and rafters before it shows up on a ceiling. We trace it from the attic and from the roof, and fix the entry point rather than patching the spot above the stain.

Frequently asked questions
Can you match my existing shingles?
Usually, if the product line is still made. Discontinued or weathered shingles may not match exactly; we will show you before we install.
How quickly can you fix a leak?
Active leaks get emergency tarping, often the same day. The permanent repair follows once the roof is dry.
Is a repair covered by a warranty?
Our repairs carry a written workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on your existing roof may require specific repair practices — tell us if your roof is still under one.
