What we do for homeowners
Most of our residential work starts one of two ways: a storm went through and you need to know whether the roof is damaged, or the roof is old enough that you are planning ahead. Both start with the same free, photo-documented inspection — and an honest answer about whether you need a new roof yet.
Roofing systems we install
| System | Typical life | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Architectural asphalt shingle | 15 – 25 yrs | Most homes; best cost per year for a standard roof |
| Metal | 40 – 70 yrs | Longest life, strong wind performance |
| Euroshield® rubber | 50+ yrs | Hail country; slate and shake looks without the weight |
We also handle gutters and siding, which matters after a hailstorm — the same storm that bruised the roof usually dented the gutters and marked the siding, and that belongs in the same claim.
Storm damage and your insurance
If hail or wind is the reason you are here, read hail damage and roof insurance claims before you sign anything with anyone. We inspect, document, meet your adjuster and do the work your policy covers. We do not promise free roofs and we do not waive deductibles.
Paying for a new roof
Insurance covers storm damage. For everything else there is financing, with pre-qualification that does not require documentation up front. A roof replacement is one of the few home projects that is both unavoidable and schedulable — planning it beats replacing it in an emergency.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are a one to two day job once materials are on site, weather permitting. We protect landscaping, run magnets for nails and leave the site clean each evening.
How do I know if I actually need a new roof?
Age plus condition. Curling or missing shingles, bare patches where granules are gone, granules in the gutters, daylight or stains in the attic, or a roof past 20 years all point that way. The inspection gives you a straight answer with photos.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage, meet the adjuster at your home and provide the scope for the claim. You stay in control of the claim throughout.
