Start with the roof you have

Every commercial roof conversation comes down to one question: repair, restore or replace? The answer is not a matter of opinion — it depends on how much of the roof is compromised and whether the insulation under the membrane is dry. We core-cut, photograph and measure before recommending anything, and we price all three options when more than one is realistic.

Systems we install

TPO and PVC heat-welded single-ply, EPDM rubber, modified bitumen and built-up, standing seam metal, spray foam, and silicone or acrylic restoration coatings. We are not tied to one system, which means the recommendation follows the building rather than what we happen to stock.

Keeping it alive once it is on

Commercial roofs rarely die of old age — they die of clogged drains, split pipe boots and punctures left by other trades. Twice-yearly inspections and a maintenance plan keep those from compounding, and keep the documentation your manufacturer warranty requires. When a storm hits, we respond, document it for your carrier and meet your adjuster on the roof.

Who we work with

Property managers, building owners, HOA boards, churches, schools and facility directors — in the Kansas City metro and Northeast Kansas out of our St. Marys office, and across Metro Atlanta out of Acworth. If you manage more than one property, we will put them all on one inspection schedule and report on them together.
