Our home territory
St. Marys sits between Topeka and Manhattan on US-24, which puts most of Northeast Kansas within an easy drive. We work on farm and ag buildings, churches, schools, Main Street storefronts and metal shops as much as on homes, and we cover the small towns around them — Wamego, Rossville, Silver Lake, Holton, Alma, Council Grove, Osage City and the rest.

Storms here are not hypothetical
On April 28, 2025, a storm dropped hail up to 1.75 inches across parts of Riley County with wind gusts over 50 mph, hitting Manhattan neighborhoods including Candlewood, Amherst and Northview. Storms like that leave damage that is invisible from the ground and shows up as leaks a season later. Metal buildings and older roofs
Much of the commercial and ag building stock out here is exposed-fastener metal, 25 to 40 years old. The usual problem is rust at laps and backed-out screws, not failed panels — which makes re-fastening, sealing and a restoration coating a far cheaper fix than a new roof.
